After your order has been shipped, you should receive an email titled "Supplement Pack Shipped" on your registered email id along with your order details and your unique tracking number. You can get information on your order status by clicking on this number, or you can even subscribe to email or text alerts, about your shipment, on the USPS website.
We also recommend being extra nice to your mailman, so you can get future monthly supplements delivered to you on time!
Has it been more than a week since you placed an order? Shoot us an email (email@example.com), and we will figure out if the shipment is stuck somewhere. And, if we can't trace it, we will send a replacement right away!
